Our Learning Lab team is expanding with the appointment of Gareth Bracken as Content Creator / Editor.
Gareth previously worked as a journalist for nearly 13 years, writing and editing for consumer, business-to-business and charity magazines and websites. This included almost seven years at Alzheimer’s Society, where he supported people living with dementia and their relatives / carers to share their stories publicly.
Gareth will play a key role in writing, editing and creating online learning for patients and professionals, ensuring that the experiences of people affected by cancer are well represented within our modules.
‘The Academy’s innovative and interactive online learning is clearly so valuable to people with cancer and the professionals who support them. I’m really looking forward to supporting and developing the exciting projects and plans we have in place,’ said Gareth.
